A few days ago a teacher ask me WHY CHANGE GRAPHIC DESIGN FOR COMICS? WHY COMICS? so my answer was:
"For me there's two thing I love the most, tell a good story and drawing, so comic is the perfect media for doing both things".
Comics is a expression way like no other, cause make the reader blow the imagination between panel's, the dynamic put in every panel, the way the story go, the narrative, the simple (but very complex) comic expression is awesome, animation is cool, but in comics you need apply allot of resources to make the panel ALIVE, the composition of the page, to force you to turn over the next one, the personality of each artist put in every draw, beside comics is a more personal work over animation (don't get me wrong I love animation, but I love comics the most), you have the change to tell something to the readers, I will always remember the last words in a marvel tryout book, I read it when I was 15 "comics if for artist who have something to say, do you have something to say?" that words make me understand that comics need to tell something, the way you tell it is the artist accomplish... for that reason I will always love what I do...
I do love conceptual illustration, animation and character design, but I love the comic process, go to sketching the layout of the page, play whit the panels, tell a story, and more stuff, make comics my passion as an artist...
What do you think?

I've been drawing comics for years and you just gave me that motivation to start going back to comic drawing. I love to draw and tell stories. :'D
